Ayșenur Ezgi Eygi is not the first international human rights observer killed by Israeli forces in occupied Palestinian territory. She is the one of the latest in a documented, unchecked pattern of impunity where Israel kills without accountability. This is a pattern the United States has been complicit in perpetuating.
